Returns & Exchanges

If the fit is not right, we will exchange it. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.

What we accept

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached
• Original packaging where possible
• A photo of the issue if the item arrived damaged

What we cannot accept

• Unstitched fabric that has been cut or stitched
• Made-to-measure bridal and luxury formal pieces
• Innerwear, nightwear and beauty products, for hygiene reasons

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We arrange the pickup; return shipping is on us if the fault is ours.
